Our owner, Michael Woods, is approved by the administrative office of the Tennessee Supreme Court to provide alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for clients. Mediation is a form of ADR and an avenue for disagreeing parties to work in a problem-solving process. A neutral professional guides the parties in clearly identifying the issues in dispute and coming to agreements in the best interests of all parties without ligation. All communication in mediation is confidential. Therefore, the disputing parties can be confident in the alternative dispute resolution process and be encouraged to settle their disputes voluntarily.
